Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Pomodoro Bird is a focus timer run by an independent developer. Reach us any time at hi@timerbird.com or support@timerbird.com — both are read by a human.

Using the service

Pomodoro Bird is provided free of charge, in the browser, without a trial timer or a hidden paywall. You may use it for personal study and work, and for classroom or team use as long as each person's account stays theirs.

Your account and your data

What you agree not to do

Don't hammer the backend with automated requests, don't create accounts to game the grain economy, don't resell access, and don't use the service to store or transmit unlawful material. We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these basics; we will tell you why when we can.

No medical claim

This is a timer with a companion. It is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care for ADHD or any other condition. People use it alongside treatment; if you change or stop treatment, that decision belongs to you and your clinician.

Availability and changes

The site runs on third-party infrastructure and can go down. We do not promise uptime, and features may change or disappear — free products need that latitude. If we remove something you paid for (nothing is paid today), we will say so in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for lost progress, lost work or indirect damages beyond what you paid us — which is currently nothing.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the operator resides. Questions: hi@timerbird.com.
