Refund Policy

Pomodoro Bird is a focus timer run by an independent developer. Reach us any time at hi@timerbird.com or support@timerbird.com — both are read by a human.
Right now
Everything on this site is free. There are no purchases, no subscriptions and no card details stored, so there is nothing to refund. Grain — the in-app currency — is earned by focusing and cannot be bought with money.
The promise for when paid plans exist
- 14 days, no questions. Any subscription or one-off purchase is refundable within 14 days of the charge. Email support@timerbird.com from the address on the account and we will process it.
- Renewals are refundable if you write to us before the next charge; we will not bill you again after that.
- Longer plans (annual) are refunded pro rata after the first 14 days, so you only pay for what you used.
- Technical failure — if a paid feature is broken for more than three days and we cannot fix it, that period is refunded regardless of the window above.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute. A refund you ask for by email is faster for you and cheaper for both of us, and it does not affect your account standing.
When paid plans launch, this page will name the operating entity, its billing descriptor and the jurisdiction whose consumer laws apply.
