Pomodoro Bird is a focus timer run by an independent developer. Reach us any time at hi@timerbird.com or support@timerbird.com — both are read by a human.

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to make a timer remember you: an email address, your focus sessions, and the small pieces of progress you see on screen. Nothing is sold, nothing is shown to advertisers, and there are no third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

What we store

Where it lives

Application data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL project hosted in the Sydney region (Australia). Email you send us lives in our mailbox. We do not upload your focus data to any AI service, and the text you write in check-in notes is never used for model training.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a parent believes a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will remove the account.

Your rights

Cookies

We use one necessary session token so you stay logged in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and we will say so on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

This page is written for a small independent product. It is not legal advice, and if we add paid plans we will name the operating entity and its address here.
